I'm just guessing at the manufacture date here. Most likely a kit radio (see chassis photo below) — only three transistors, and the components for this set came from all over Europe: the only identifiable transistor is German (Valvo), the power supply capacitor is French (Sic Safco), and the speaker is from Spain (Roselon). The tuning capacitor is very primitive. There are also three German 0A86C diodes in the circuit. The copper-colored strip at the bottom of the cabinet face is blank now, absent any name that once may have been there.
February 2018: Collector Freddy Crabbe shared some photos with me of a French-made Oceanic "Picnic" 6-transistor radio, circa 1960 (see photo at bottom) — it certainly looks to be the cabinet which this radio’s annonymous mfr must have bought the production rights to at a later time to make their own very different radio with a somewhat modified cabinet and a completely different circuit.
