So far, I have no info on this radio, nothing anywhere on the Web. I asked a radio friend in Britain about this set, someone who worked in a radio-TV shop in England in the 1960s and knows a lot about British transistor radios of the day, and he told me he'd never seen it before. But he thought it strange that this set didn't have the standard Perdio font and was missing the lion emblem found on Perdio radios. On the back face, bottom left corner (see photo below) is a small inset with the words, "Empire made" stamped in it. In this instance at least, "Empire made" is probably British English for, "Made in Hong Kong."
