MW, seven transistors (Philips, 2x OC71, 2x OC72, 2N218, 2N410, 2N412), superheterodyne circuit
Four 1.5v AA cells
Manufactured by Philips Corp., Holland

The original "Fanette", made for export, hand-wired on a phenolic board.

Two OC71 transistors (T5 K9 black Euros) are mounted on the underside of the circuit board, and two OC72 transistors (U5ZC aluminum cans) and three other aluminum can transistors — 2N218 (274 8E), 2N410 (NZ4 8K), and 2N412 (U5ZC) — are mounted on the top side of the circuit board.
