A really nice Japanese shirt pocket radio with a chromed plastic name plate and a brass-rimmed aluminum speaker grille. A bit boxy in dimensions, but it's still nice to hold in your hand. Note the small round red-and-gold enamel badge between the name plate and grille displaying the Columbia Music logo. The other model -- the 600G -- sports a dullish turquoise front and an ivory back, yet another example of black being the better cabinet color, a far better backdrop for the name plate, grille and badge.
