c.1960 Motorola X21

Tiny shirt pocket radio
3 1/4 x 2 7/16 x 1 1/8 inches / 82.5 x 62 x 28.5 mm
Six transistors, three teeny UM-5 cells
Distributed by Motorola, Inc., Chicago, IL
Manufactured in Japan

A very pretty little shirt pocket radio, most likely intended to compete with several contemporary Bulovas of roughly the same size and shininess. One thing that I think scuttles the design here a bit is the goofy ship's anchor thingy on the speaker grille -- the cabinet face would have been better without it.
