Philco's second transistor radio, a 5-transistor radio that came out about a year after the 7-transistor T7. Not only a lower transistor count here, but also a less appealing cabinet design. I do have to say though that I've had this T500 sitting on my desk for the past few weeks and I've warmed to the design.
