The T-150's predecessor, the Raytheon T-100, was a four-transistor job that needed better audio performance -- so for the T-150, a second 2N138 transistor was added to the audio circuit to improve it. And a third 2N112/CK760 transistor was added to its RF/IF circuits. It's Deluxe!
